The Avenue uses a third-party payment service to process online transactions. We do not store full card details. This information is automatically deleted once the information is no longer necessary.

You have the right to request access to the information The Avenue have on you. To do so please e-mail your request to hi@theavenuecinema.com. In order to comply with your request, we will ask you to verify your identity. We will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we process about you within 30 days of verifying your identity. For any subsequent requests we may charge you an administration fee.
Information correction and deletion:
If you believe the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us to update it and keep your data accurate.
